At PrecisionCNCparts, we specialize in CNC routing for wood, plywood, MDF, HDPE, foam, and other non-metal materials, serving cabinet shops, furniture makers, millworkers, designers, and builders across the Kansas City region and beyond. Our state-of-the-art CNC router allows us to efficiently cut, drill, engrave, and 3D carve with exceptional precision — handling material sizes up to 47" x 97" and thicknesses up to 11 inches. Whether you need flat-panel nesting, edge drilling, or complex shaping, we deliver clean, consistent results that reduce labor and improve production speed.
We work on everything from one-off prototypes to full production runs, helping clients bring ideas to life with accuracy and repeatability. Our team partners closely with each customer to understand their materials, tolerances, and design needs. If you provide a DXF or ready-to-run file, we’ll cut it to spec — and if you need file prep assistance or workflow support, we’re here to help. With years of experience in cabinetry, woodworking, and digital fabrication, PrecisionCNCparts is more than just a cutting service — we’re a trusted production partner committed to craftsmanship, reliability, and long-term client success.
CNC routing is an ideal solution for cutting a wide variety of materials, including hardwoods, plywood, MDF, acrylics, plastics, HDPE, foam, and engineered composites. It offers a unique combination of speed, precision, and material versatility that makes it especially valuable for industries like cabinetry, millwork, sign making, furniture, prototyping, and architectural fabrication.
Unlike laser cutting, which can leave burnt edges or melted surfaces on certain materials, CNC routing is a cold-cutting process that maintains the integrity of heat-sensitive substrates. This means we can achieve sharp internal corners, clean edges, and tight tolerances even on complex shapes, layered panels, or thicker stock — with none of the discoloration, warping, or surface distortion that lasers can cause.
At PrecisionCNCparts, our advanced CNC router equipment is capable of handling materials up to 47" x 97" and up to 11" thick, allowing us to cut large panels and intricate designs with remarkable consistency. Whether you're producing a single prototype, a set of custom cabinet components, or a full run of architectural panels, our CNC router cutting service ensures your parts are cut accurately, cleanly, and to spec — every time.
We work from your DXF, DWG, or other vector files, or we can help you prepare production-ready designs to meet your project’s exact requirements. With years of experience and a reputation for detail, PrecisionCNCparts is your reliable partner for high-precision CNC routing solutions.

Our baltic birch plywood is inexpensive, stable, holds screws exceptionally well, and is made with waterproof glue so you can use it in a wide variety of projects. Superior to MDF in external applications and only slightly better in interior ones, birch plywood can provide you with more options than other composites.
Sometimes called marine board, HDPE plastic is petroleum-based and suitable for myriad applications where impact resistance and low moisture absorption are critical to structural integrity. This easily moldable material has a staggering list of usages from medical to nautical. You can expect a textured finish on both sides of HDPE.
Our polycarbonate (also known as Lexan®) is perfect for high-impact applications, instrument panel covers, insulation applications, and fittings. It’s an incredibly versatile, formable material that is well-loved in the robotics and automation industries.

With outstanding dimensional stability and remarkable creep resistance, this material can be used in many of the same applications as aluminum at half the weight. This resin-saturated fabric lends your projects physical toughness, abrasion, friction, and impact resistances, and even greater fatigue strength.
Our MDF material is a solid, comparative material to basic plywood and is almost indistinguishable in most applications. It’ll save you money on large runs of furniture production, panels for soundproofing, or even automotive usages by itself.
The low melting point of ABS lends itself to injection molding and 3D printing, and ABS is also a great candidate for CNC routing/machining. Our custom cut ABS plastic parts are heat resistant, durable, and BPA free, making it a multi-purpose material with dozens of applications ranging from the food industry to aerospace engineering.
We love to collaborate on creative projects—no matter where you are in the process we can help guide you from concept to completion. Whether you need a one-of-a-kind creation or several thousand parts for an ongoing production run, we can meet your deadlines and offer competitive quotes.
